So many idiotic responses to read this morning, none more than the notion that one of Simmons' employee's "journalistic process" is what ultimately drove Vanderbilt to her inevitable suicide. Give me a fuckin break. This tranny was already an emotional eggshell desperate for a reason to crack. The shame in her lifestyle, her choices, her cover stories, the bridges burnt, the burden she carried deceiving everybody she's known is what killed her. Simmons you fuck, you don't owe anybody an apology, your writer simply did his job, and received high praise from some of the most respected and reputable members of journalism. Even you yourself marveled at Hannan's piece.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand that's when the LGBT and gay/tranny activists took to social media, and brought you the burden of shame and guilt where none should've existed. You bent over for the LGBT ESPN (errrrrrr Bill Simmons).

The journalist was absolutely right to expose the fraud "Dr. Vanderbilt" created. I also don't have a problem with outing her as a transgender, as it adds to the pattern of deceiving/dishonest behavior she lives by. I can understand why some people would not like him outing her as transgender, but I have no problem with it, as it can be relevant to the story. Now if he just found a random, good person who happened to be transgender and outed them for no reason, I'd have a problem with it, but that's not the case here.

The people giving Simmons death threats are nothing but lowlife trolls, so who cares WTF they say.
