What is your dining strategy when dining at Golden Corral???

Post by elartman1973 »

I havent been in a long long time but my strategy involved going for a soup...usually clam chowder..they do it good there...next I go full on...usually they dont have fried chicken left or its inbetween batches so I go straight for the dirty rice and pile some juicy pot roast with gravy on top...dont trim the fat...
Next I fo for the frid chicken..a breast and a thigh...they make great pot roast and fried chicken...
For dessert I go with warm peach cobbler and soft serve ice cream on top with hot caramel sauce...
Yep

That place sucks. We had one up here and it closed in less than a year.

I never called it that because I'm not prejudiced.

They also said black folks don't tip well...I find that not to be true.

Maybe not there, but I think we all went to a buffet at some point when we were kids. Might just be a different brand. Are there Shoneys by you?
