What makes you think no one has been permanently banned? You're wrong.

As far as no one being concerned with the rules, you're wrong there too. We discussed the rules in depth at this boards inception. Most of the action on that front takes place behind the scenes. You seem to act like fpliii and I are enemies. That's incorrect.
