I don't know how this is reported outside of Pennsylvania.
I will say this...Detroit set a record for snowiest month EVER recorded in January...and we got 5 inches yesterday to kick off February and I hear we are supposed to get some more snow Tuesday/Wednesday. The weather forecasters have been dead on this year for every snowfall we received. Whatever they said would happen has happened.

From what I have seen most in PA don't even take it seriously.
