Almost started the season off with a bang, only for the House curse to kick in while Houston at one point had a 18 pt lead in the 2nd half, at home.

Everything that had to go wrong, did go wrong. Everything from missed rebounds right in Van Fleet’s hands that he can’t hold onto, god awful possessions of Senguin for some reason thinking he was Hakeem, Lamelo getting rebounds off his own 3 ball that only hit the backboard for easy putbacks.
Everything, you name it… it happened.

That pain is real I don’t blame him. It’s not the loss, it’s how close we were and how it slipped away. It set the season’s tone for me.
