NBA says goodbye to the BIGGEST "what if" in basketball history...

Post by thedangerouskitchen »

ROY followed by 3 straight All Star selections and the (youngest ever) MVP before catastrophe struck... the league says goodbye to D. Rose, who announced his retirement today:

...easily the greatest "what if" story in NBA history I'd say, as Rose was poised to become the face of the game and would surely have brought more Rings to Chicago if not for the crippling injuries that destroyed his career.

Thanks for the (pre-injury) memories Derrick!

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are dumber than that.

No what ifs. We saw rose at his prime and he was never enough and stupid playing style.
His injured career is based on playing wreckless. Otherwise He was useless.
He was always going to have injuries with his playing style so his career is exactly how it was meant to be.
Ja and ant will have similar fates

No we didn't fatso... we saw Rose just entering his prime: All Star, MVP, led team to best record in NBA (but lost to a cheater who had to collude with 2 other superstars in order to win).

Stick to discussing the ony topics you have a clue about: Food and drugs.

Rose' career ended up EXACTLY how it was meant to. Given his irresponsible playing style. Which is the only way he could stay in the nba

Rose' career ended up EXACTLY how it was meant to. Given his irresponsible playing style. Which is the only way he could stay in the nba since he had no defense, no outside shooting, no point guard skills
