It's strange every time Artman cites the Magic front-office as being in the best in the league, citing "improvement" as a criteria.
No shit it's easy to improve from a baseline of getting the shit beat out of you probably 60 times a year!

When it comes to REALLY advancing and becoming a team of impact (like the Celtics, Thunder, Wolves, Nuggets)...the front office is going to fail, and badly. It's not their fault though...they basically can't do it living in Orlando.
