Sean Bean is there 24/7 only saying "One does not simply walk into Mordor." I'd pay good money to see that.

Seriously though, I don't feel there would be much to do at any LOTR location. It's not like the Harry Potter World at Universal where Diagon Alley is the perfect place to recreate and have shops that sell merchandise similar to what's sold at those locations in the books.

They have Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade and Hogwarts Castle and now they're making the Ministry of Magic at this Epic Universe. Overkill imo
