Reggie Miller was definitely not overrated. He simply played in an era where impact was viewed much more stiffly than today, without understanding off-ball impact, gravity, and the like. He's also arguably the greatest ++ playoff performer ever in terms of the percentage difference between regular season and performance (obviously some others have more volume outright, but I don't know if anyone sees a relative bump in the playoffs like Miller, out of star players).
