I liked Leon Russell and Cat Stevens much more . Jeff Beck ran circles around around Marley on the guitar.

Re: Artman how well do you know Bob marley
Marley is iconic because his original classics introduced reggae to the mainstream. He was consumable to whites because Bob himself is white, relative to most reggae artists.
But outside of maybe less than a handful, my long list of reggae playlists feature virtually nothing fron his vast catalog. I prefer Black Uhuru/Michael Rose, Barrington, Eek-a-mouse, Junior Reid, Lee “scratch” Perry, Max Romeo, Augustus Pablo, etc.
Probably my all time favorite live example of reggae’s clutch on the white man’s soul (via Germany). If these horns don’t move you along with Michael’s classic voice then I cannot recognize you.

I've been listening to instrumental musical lately.
I am currently listening to Adagio for Strings, Op. 11.
Song slaps... hard.

To clarify, while a different version played in the movie originally, the one they included on the soundtrack is the Shrek one I mean,

Loved it thanks. Not sure the better album, Blow by Blow or Wired. Both outstanding. Thanks for sharing, Mr House.

Lol at the little kid who has no past to look fondly over. And Marley isn't about nostalgia. Sorry that none if your music is relevant past 3 years...proves you listen to trashLeBronMonsterDunk wrote: ↑Tue Apr 16, 2024 2:09 pmBiggie died almost 30 years ago, this is not helping your case.AtiliusRegulus wrote: ↑Tue Apr 16, 2024 1:22 pmAlpha song. It just has to be handled by a real singer, not a guy who talks over music.
