I would guess an immediate bump of sorts, then a plateauing afterwards.

Sort of a raising of the floor/average/baseline in that she will pick the WNBA up a few handfuls of permanent fans just as a function of getting a lot more casual eyeballs on the product and sticking around, but it won't be overwhelmingly meaningful after say, year five, just because the WNBA is starting from so far back.

Bird and Magic were Bird and Magic because they found themselves battling for the ultimate prize on more than a couple occasions. No rivalry is worth a shit if they aren't competing in such a manner.

So Reese and Clark would need to be on opposite sides of the bracket and playing against each other for titles....while being their team's best players.
