DaStars. You will love Chris Tanev on your squad. The guy is the epitome of the blood and guts hockey player who leaves everything on the ice. Every Flames fan LOVED that guy. Just crazy tough. He will block shots with his face if he has to. Not the most offensively skilled, but the absolute perfect complement to put with a good offensive defenseman who can use a security blanket back there when he rushes up ice. His teammates all absolutely love him and hopefully for you guys, he's not just a rental and you sign him to a reasonable contract in the offseason. The problem with him is that he plays such a "tough" game that he's always fighting injuries but he plays through almost anything. At 34 years old, he has a lot of really hard miles on his body, but he's still effective. Good luck to your boys. He's perfect for playoff hockey.

Just learned he would not be in the lineup tonight. Stars been needing a right handed D Man for a while. I like it. Stars still need a another player or two, not sure who to replace.
