Also they need the starting point guard back.
They have literally been using Franz and Paolo as the primary ball handlers...thats not their jobs.and it's hurt the offense Thats where fultz is excellent and his scoring is not a factor. Just organization on the floor. Team would improve drastically with fultz at point.facts.

The 1970s had defensive ratings lower than even the best defensive teams of 90s and most of the 00s (look at league averages over year)

They are trending up.
Nobody said they were contenders. They are a playoff team and super young and getting better. This is just the tip of the iceberg. It's not a one year window..the window is barely even cracked open. They will be a team to reckon with for many years.

As if giannis, steph, lebron, kd, etc...all won in their second, third, or even 4th seasons .

Franz is in a funk. Wcj is being reintegrated into the lineup after 20 games. Teams and Players don't just magically adjust.

They have missed 2 starters for 75% of the games and a key bench player for about as much..right now Ingles is out and he's been a huge factor on the highest scoring bench in the nba.
