Nah, he is just having a tough time accepting reality. We are going into year 4 of the Grandpa Cohen era, and the team is still complete dogshit. He so desperately wants to put the hapless Mets at the same table as great organizations like the Braves, Yankees, and Dodgers.
Kid is hurting right now, and hurting bad. Dodo brain Met fans, and dodo brain grandpa Cohen promised us the Mets were gonna win a chip in the next 5 years, but they are learning that simply spending money doesnt guarantee shit. You got to have a well run organization top to bottom, something the Mets have NEVER had, and still dont have.

So, at the end of the day, Undies can play the semantics game all he wants, but we know what he meant. Either way, he is either a blithering idiot for predicting the Mets are a playoff team, or, he is a "If you cant beat them, join them" kind of guy, and he is bending the knee to his Daddy Braves.

Either way, I love wathing this kid get so emotional...I just want to pet him on top of his nappy little jew frow, and tell him everything is gonna be OK...

It is gonna be bad in Anaheim for sure, but I think at some point Ro. washington is gonna give fans a reason for optimism…They got to rid themselves of the cancer first though. Rendon should just be sent home. Unfortunately Trout doesn’t have the cojones to deal with it.

In any event, I think you are gonna find that the Mets are closer to the Angels than you think.
