Why do parents (or adults) mess around passing out bullshit candies trying to be creative?

It's not the time nor the place for that.

There are only like ten legit candies in the world.

That's pretty much it, maybe you can drop Milky Way, or add one or two more, but some of these people passing out candy are on some BS with their old people candy (Bit-O-Honey...no), non-candy (erasers?), etc...

We set out a bowl and most kids took a couple pieces. Some kids dumped the whole remaining bowl about 845, which worked for me. I turned out the lights and pulled in the bowl.

We took our son out with the niece and nephew in my sister's neighborhood. There were hundreds of families in their neighborhood. They hand out full size bars at most of the houses. I'm set for months.

Hot tamales, sour patch kids, and the Fun Dips were popular with the yutes.

Fun Dip is crack for kids, and I loved it so makes sense.

Sour Patch Kids are great. They have a lot of specific flavors that are good too, like the watermelon ones.
