Re: Are you giving out candy to trick or treaters tonight?
Why do parents (or adults) mess around passing out bullshit candies trying to be creative?
It's not the time nor the place for that.
There are only like ten legit candies in the world.
Snickers
Three Musketeers
Skittles
Starburst
Milky Way
Twix
Reese's
M&Ms
Kit-Kat
Butterfinger
That's pretty much it, maybe you can drop Milky Way, or add one or two more, but some of these people passing out candy are on some BS with their old people candy (Bit-O-Honey...no), non-candy (erasers?), etc...

I would drop Butterfingers personally but that may be an unpopular opinion.Bush4Ever. wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2023 11:51 am Why do parents (or adults) mess around passing out bullshit candies trying to be creative?

I agree though with the list for the most part. Not hard to figure out.
Although with these generations might as well hand out Tide Pods.

For being horrible?
It's like eating barely-flavored candle wax mixed with chalk.

Fix your profile pic, this is embarrasing.AlaskaHawks wrote: ↑Wed Nov 01, 2023 11:20 am We set out a bowl and most kids took a couple pieces. Some kids dumped the whole remaining bowl about 845, which worked for me. I turned out the lights and pulled in the bowl.
We took our son out with the niece and nephew in my sister's neighborhood. There were hundreds of families in their neighborhood. They hand out full size bars at most of the houses. I'm set for months.

Hot tamales, sour patch kids, and the Fun Dips were popular with the yutes.

Sour Patch Kids are great. They have a lot of specific flavors that are good too, like the watermelon ones.
Hot Tamales are decent. No hate here.
