The neon green indicates that it's an automated system account. Fully autonomous AI. Kind of like Skynet, but judging by it's posts it might be a little buggy.

It seems the best course of action is just to ignore this individual, you can do so by clicking his/her/its profile and adding him/her/it to your foes list.

What about the google (bot) i see sometimes that shows up as a signed in member at bottom of page?

Smelters asked the same thing the other day. Just indexing our pages for Google Searches. There are some other boys, but they only come on occasionally.

I should apologize, most of this stuff is probably my fault. It's most likely the government checking my whereabouts and making sure Im not leaking any sensitive info.
