What should I fix for dinner.

Pork Chops in cream of mushroom soup. Salad and green beans. Chicken thighs with beats and a salad. Or fix a roast beef with potato's, carrots and gravy?

The chicken (or a pork chop) + beets & salad would make your cardiologist happy.

Tits actually had a point ITT. Making a sauce only requires some white wine, maybe some herbs and garlic if you have any on hand, heavy cream, and that’s pretty much it. Deglaze the fond from cooking the chops with the white wine and let it reduce by about half, add your aromatics, add your cream and let it thicken, throw the meat back in the sauce, and voila!

How can you be nearly 70 and still use canned mushroom soup?

Having dinner out every night since Tuesday and until Monday - it's expensive but kinda nice not having to cook and clean up for a few days. Thinking steak tonight but wife wants Italian.

It's just essentially breaded shrimp with bits of walnut sprinkled on it for texture. :suds:
