I've spent a lot of time in both Arizona and Florida and for me, I'll take desert heat any day and every day versus a lower temperature but swetltering humidity. Everyone is different so I'm not going to say my opinion is the only valid one on something this subjective, but 90 with high humidity is much worse for me than 105 and humidity around 10% which is often the case at my place in Scottsdale.

Stop white nighting bro...You don't understand southern humidity until you have actually been in it all summer. We get a decent amount here in southern Ohio, and when it goes away it's like a night and day difference. It's not a factor if it's below 70 tho

Once you get above 80 degrees or so, humidity DEFINITELY matters. It's an asinine contention that it doesn't. I've hiked in 105 degree weather with single digit humidity and been fine (although you had to drink an insane amount of water because you are prespiring WAY more than you think as it dries off of you as quick as you sweat) and been miserable in 90 degree weather with high humidity. I remember being in Mobile Alabama in May a long time ago and even in May, the humidity combined with the heat was ridiculously oppressive.
