Well, the exterior is 100% completed, but they still have install the sink (can't wait to go in one, gonna work all day and hold onto my morning piss for it) and the furniture. It's looking so beautiful though.
And we heard two separate groups of people talking about our shop just by chance... that tells me tons of people are looking forward to it. When we were standing out front of the shop one group said, "I wish Mega was open now." And when we were sitting in Starbucks the group of moms next to us kept looking across the street saying, "Wow, Mega is here!" and kept talking how cheap the coffee is (Koreans love a deal, and if they have a choice between a $4.10 cup of coffee or a $1.50 cup, they're choosing us every time).
Time to clean up fellas.

you WANT eye sore. EVERYONE can't help but notice it and that yellow color and LEDs will just draw them all in for a cup.

Im telling you...the absolute bare minimum, and I mean like 1 in 100 and a complete stunner would be 70K a year from the shop. That would be the biggest shock to everyone in this coffee game if i were to make 70k.
