I wonder how many of the people who profess to love "simpler times" would actually be willing to go back to them from the modern day if they had a real ability to choose.

I couldn’t go back to that. I can’t imagine having the patience to deal with some old bag in front of me who’s too retarded to know what tea or coffee she needs, or to be told she needs to get more flour.. And that’s a slow day for that shop, what must it be like on a busy saturday afternoon, a 3 hour trip “into town”?

In fact now that i think of it, that’d be like a living hell.
