It’s tough, media likes a story and a repeat is less exciting than a new narrative.
I don’t see a lot of other likely challengers though.
- Rodgers If Packers bounce back
- Donald/Mack if they dominate and either team gets 13+ wins
- Watson if Houston surprises
- Wentz or Ryan is they get the best record
Kind of a boring year for it given all the aging star QBs and few young ones ready to challenge Mahomes.

I think the most talented team in the NFL is Cleveland. And if Cleveland gets the most of out of that offense I do think Mayfield is a great pick. I agree the NFL isn't big on b2b winners. I think the chiefs need to win a lot of games or show their dominance in someway for MAGOAT to win

A rise of Mayfield would be interesting. However, a meltdown of OBJ is more likely.elmerjfudd wrote:I think the most talented team in the NFL is Cleveland. I like House’s choice.

I think it’s too soon for Baker, and if Cleveland succeeds you might see a lot of credit to OBJ.elmerjfudd wrote:I think the most talented team in the NFL is Cleveland. He should and they’ll have the same result as last season

That team goes as far as Andy allows, which is never a SB as a HC.
I like Baker and Carson's odds better.

I think having a legit elite QB can get Andy over that hump.PhutureDynasty wrote:That team goes as far as Andy allows, which is never a SB as a HC.

The Chiefs were an offsides/coin flip away from winning the Super Bowl last year. That's hardly on Andy Reid.

Manning, Farve, Montana, Brown...he'll be in good company when he wins it.
