Comic books played a huge part in spreading propaganda that led to people accepting world war and the official narratives which have been so destructive to humanity.

As an Askren fan, what was your opinion on the Masvidal fight?

I came in mostly a fan of just Ben, and left a fan of both.

I cried a lot, basically.

No, I actually like Masvidal as well so it wasn't the worst thing in the world for me. He's an actual OG of the fight game, and if he got a big money fight or title shot, I'd be happy for him.

There's not much to say about the fight. I don't think it lands more than maybe 2-3% of the time, but it landed the only time it mattered, so what can you do?

I don't think Askren's game needs a facelift, but he needs to start thinking about his entries a little bit more carefully and patiently. I'm not entirely sure why he took the Maia fight...it seems pretty suboptimal from a cost/benefit perspective.

Totally agree. I think he would have been smarter off fighting Robbie again because of the controversial first bout.

It might be the first time Maia's had the striking advantage so maybe he keeps it standing but if it does end up on the mat I have no idea how that plays out.

I'm assuming it will be a main event, so it'll be five rounds.

That works much better for Askren than Maia, who has had some noticeable cardio problems recently, and is obviously quite old at this point. I also don't think he will be able to deny takedowns from the clinch against the cage. But Askren won't be able to truly open up on the ground and land effective GNP (imo).

The currents odds give Askren roughly a 67% chance to win. I think that's probably about right.

Doesn’t this story imply that Marvel was supporting Trump? So who’s getting wrecked here? I’m confused.
