Hey, did you Dr. J merits a 100 rating on defense, and Bill Russell in the 70s most of his career?

True story bro.
Oh my God!!!!! Who the fuck "made up" those ratings????????????

I guess I'll go with 00 Arvydas Sabonis to beef-up / solidify my (already) dominating FC

I'm almost certain I know who TDK will pick. He's old enough to remember him - maybe. Never sure if TDK is 8 (like he acts), 60 (like many contend) or mid 40s as I believe he claims he is.

Edit: Turns out I was wrong. I will reveal who I thought he would pick after the guy is taken.

There's still some very solid players on the board. This was a deeper round than expected.
Come at the King, you best not miss.

Uhhh. I'll take 09 Marcus Camby.

I need somebody to grab boards and I didn't expect Gilmore to fall.

Camby was actually one of my top 3 picks for this round. Unusually high rebound rate and defensive rating (at least as scored by them).
Taking a break from the board. Please reference my last post for more details if you are interested.

Russell wishes he could have defended like Camby.

Yea I like the pick. I was surprised they gave him an 88 rating at that age.

Just another of the many suspect defensive ratings WhatIfSports has.

BTW, we are still waiting for @gainesvillejjstalker and @max to make their picks. And max, I'm STILL waiting for your round 7 draft pick as well.

Ghostown, I forgot to say Camby's 35th birthday was in March of the 09 season.

He shows as 34 that season on basketball-reference.com

In the mean time, I'm gonna go ahead and do the random number generator for the round 9 draft order. Round 9 is players under 6 feet (use basketball-reference.com for heights...if this site says the player is 6 feet, the player does not qualify).
