Offenses of the 90's and early 00's fucking sucked ass until the league was forced to change the rules to help the product that Michael Jordan ruined.

Now then... it's fair to say that Offenses in the second-half of the 90's declined "relative to" the 80's through the early 90's. But so what... what does that have to do with today's Defense being loyusy?
