I've paid little attention to teams outside of the Phillies and their rivals, along with bigger teams like NYY and LAD.

Was just checking the division standings though and the Guardians are actually good this year? 32-17 and winners of 5 straight.

There's a guy from Philly, El Hombre that has a weekly appearance on Seattle Sports radio. He was on last night and was rightfully pumped about the Phils

What's going on with your Mets, KUB?

It has been the core of the team that has been awful, Alonso-Lindor-McNeil-Marte, with Alvarez out and no serious backup catcher. Too much awful play from "stars" to overcome. The work Stearns did this past off season was mostly great but no one can overcome all of their expected big contributors except for Nimmo shitting the bed.

Lindor will be fine but Marte and McNeil are probably washed permanently and Pete will not age gracefully, I hope they don't re-sign him for more than 120m

It was cool when they first did it but now it's almost a parody. Also, from what I can tell, that show should have ended but it's still on air.

Sly is allowed to do so in perpetuity because Rocky is the greatest work of art ever created in any medium. Period.

Hope not but probably. Then again Soto is clearly going to the high bidder and Steinbrenner has been very vocal about not going to the top tier of the sport in terms of payroll.
