You say "Black and Brown people who don't pay income tax are forbidden from voting, but a White person who pays a dollar in income taxes can freely vote" because "they have a right to vote how their money is spent".
Your position is internally inconsistent because the people who pay tons in taxes have significantly less of an ability to vote on their contribution than a person who pays minimal, non-zero values.
Their share of the vote is vastly outstripped by their tax burden, whereas for people like you who pay very little in income tax, the opposite is true...you have a higher percentage of the vote than you do percentage of the tax burden.
If you were internally consistent with your racist proposal, there would be a perfect correlation between tax burden and percentage of vote.
Would you support a person who doesn't usually pay income tax being allowed a vote if they contributed a penny to the public coffers?

The reasoning you gave for it being a requirement was "people should have a right to vote how their money is spent".
A "one man one vote" system within a universe of "people who have jobs" (?) does not accomplish that, owing to the lack of correlation between tax burden and percentage of the vote (the pizza example I gave earlier).

I can't find the study right now but they did a study of how much overweight a person has to be for it to be noticeable.
