My favorite:

Parlour. (Ground sirloin, ribeye, brisket.)

My favorite:

Looks ok...

This is supposed to be one of the best around here...I had it once, was amazing, with fries fried in duck fat and truffled,
Chef’s Burger – two patties made of Filet Mignon and Pork belly, cheese, pickled onions, house made Smoked Aioli, stone ground mustard.
