I totally disagree. When it's over easy, the yolk runs nicely into every nook and cranny of that hash browns enhancing the flavor times 10.
I get it, but I'm conditioned to eat my hashbrowns with ketchup. Scrambled eggs is the only other thing I'll use ketchup on so naturally, I blend the three items together for a nice salty ketchup egg and fried potato plate.
