Re: While you all are at work....
Any job that leans heavily on the cognitive/problem-solving and non-physical can take place in a cubicle.
"How do I solve this programming problem"
[Sits at cubicle]
[Because he's sitting at a cubicle...he stares vacantly into the universe with drool out of his mouth]
[Walks outside]
[Techno music starts playing, fresh air hits his lungs and chicks dive for his crotch...upon the slight change in physical location, the programmer sees the solution to his problem...win!]
No.

Re: While you all are at work....
Arty’s breakfast was at least 1,150 calories… and that was me inputting small portions in my calorie app.
Two eggs (he prob had three) are 143 cal, one slice of Swiss cheese is 83 cal (and I guarantee he used more), maybe 2 tbsp of oil for the bread and cooking the eggs is about 239 cal (and honestly no one really measures out their oil), I guesstimated 2 oz for the “small portion” of smoked sausage which is another 180 cal, 1 tbsp of butter for the bread is 100 cal (again… most people use more), the three Mardi Gras wings are about 135 cal, the Cuban bread was hard to calculate but I figure about 2 oz worth at maybe 160 cal (being super lenient there), and one cup of blood orange juice at 112 cal.
Again… I did very small portions. So best case scenario he cracked 1150 cal.

Off the top of my head, based on what I think the portions probably were, I guesstimated between 1500 and 2000 calories. There is no way on God's green earth it was less than the 1150 you are coming up with though.ElJorge wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2024 1:08 pm Arty’s breakfast was at least 1,150 calories… and that was me inputting small portions in my calorie app.

As a general comment, people overestimate the amount of calories they burn when exercising, and underestimate the amount of calories they consume.

Cooking oils are a big one. I’ve seen a lot of people not count the olive oil they use for their chicken, and suddenly their caloric deficit is now a surplus._Vcsgrizzfan_ wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2024 1:16 pmOff the top of my head, based on what I think the portions probably were, I guesstimated between 1500 and 2000 calories. Whenever artman unwittingly reveals that he eats like a pig, he will immediately attempt to walk it back with bullshit like "but that was my only meal of the day," "ordinarily I never eat that stuff," "there were small portions," etc. A tale as old as time.

My usual breakfast is Gatorade zero and granola bar or a peice of fruit. But go on with your own story of my life that you continue to fabricate

I'm at a caloric deficit the past few days. Should eat more actually.

The fact that you drink Gatorade zero at all, let alone for breakfast, regularly, speaks to how clueless you are about the slop you're ingesting.
Re: While you all are at work....
I couldn’t imagine being stuck in cubicle. You could be solving programming problems, auditing taxes, or whatever you want to pretend is an entertaining computer task, I just can’t imagine staring at a computer screen for 40 hours a week. Almost as much of a nightmare as waking up and craving a Gatorade

I'm 100% knowledgeable on the topic. And I drink water when I wake up. Gatorade zero is hours later when I have my morning snack.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2024 1:42 pmelartman1973 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2024 1:38 pmI dont eat like a pig and I walk more than that daily.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2024 1:30 pm Whenever artman unwittingly reveals that he eats like a pig, he will immediately attempt to walk it back with bullshit like "but that was my only meal of the day," "ordinarily I never eat that stuff," "there were small portions," etc. A tale as old as time.

It's absolute garbage. It doesn't surprise me you're hooked on zero calorie diet soda like that, which is essentially what it is. "Natural" flavors, sucralose, artificial colors, citric acid, all highly inflammatory especially when consumed in large quantities like you drinking it daily. The fact that you highlighted diet gatorade consumption as proof of a healthy diet, or anything approaching healthy, speaks to how UNhealthy you are.

No dumbass.
And I easily drink more water than anyone on this board.
A small kiddy size Gatorade zero is not large amounts nor am I hooked.
Do you just invent lies in order to have something to post?
Holy fucking shit dude
You're really a naive little boy
And have zero clue what you're talking about
Trying to act like water is soda is pretty pathetic.
Water alone doesn't refuel you for hydration. You're proving how dumb you are
