Kind of depends. If it is with fried bologna, bacon, sausage on a sandwich well done. If I am eating it with just bacon and toast, over easy. Then I prefer to eat a omelet over scrambled.

This will seem odd to most. I eat a lot eggs. Sometimes boiled just to reasonably firm.

Most often though, as part of a meal (say with steak and veggies), I will take out a half dozen eggs or so, separate the whites and the yolks. I'll fry up the whites in a little coconut oil, and then put the raw yolks on top. Dipping the steak into those yolks is a little slice of heaven.

With hashbrowns it's gotta be scrambled. With toast and a pork chop or steak, that egg better be runny like a muahfuggah. If in a soup, I like to throw the egg into the boiling pot and cook inside the soup. With steamed hot rice, I like to separate the yolk from the egg white and dump the yolk by itself onto the bed of rice and mix then blend it with soy sauce.

I totally disagree. When it's over easy, the yolk runs nicely into every nook and cranny of that hash browns enhancing the flavor times 10.

When I was a kid I colored a raw egg and stuck it in the basket with all the other (hard-boiled) colored eggs... needless to say my gramps wasn't too happy when he cracked my egg and it went all over his Easter brunch.

That was an eggcellent prank, if I do say so myself.
