Israel can do air strikes but they cannot occupy the ground. Ultimate solution is that if you defeat your enemy you take their territory. Israel proverbial defeats its enemy, withdraws then allows its enemy to reconstitute.

No one in Israel wants to take over Lebanon, it's more trouble than it's worth. What Israel wants are docile neighbors. They refuse the carrot and will instead receive the stick until they are all dead or otherwise submitted.

Israel is going to keep bombing its enemies, no one can stop them, no one does anything but condemn their actions in pussyfooted statements on social media lol
