I do have to ask though… if you’re as white as you claim and your brown face is just “a tan”, does that mean your breasts are pasty white? I’m not trolling or starting shit. When I was young, it was foreign policy (bomb the brown men boom boom), but things have largely snapped back to sanity, at least within our segment on the right (Trump did very well by the way).
One general "feeling" of disagreement is the general attitude towards science a meaningful chunk on the right have, and reflexive disrespect. It's understandable in a sense, especially in the fake news/COVID timeline/polluted with politics timeline, but sometimes I wish the attitude wasn't reflexively negative.

Do you have an example? Maybe stem cell research? Cuz I agree there’s almost a dumb hick aversion to science and it’s mildly upsetting.Bush4Ever. wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 1:16 pm When I was young, it was foreign policy (bomb the brown men boom boom), but things have largely snapped back to sanity, at least within our segment on the right (Trump did very well by the way).

Most feel this way, but they would rather Americans struggle instead of just embracing ObamaCare, and tweaking it for the greater good.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 12:43 pm I recognize that universal healthcare is imperfect but I think it is the ideal we should strive towards

It will be brutally difficult to enact anything close to that in the United States, because to be remotely feasible, the cost of most drugs and most procedures would need to be dramatically reduced to not bankrupt the county, and the special interest groups are far too strong to ever let that happen.rileymartin wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 1:22 pmMost feel this way, but they would rather Americans struggle instead of just embracing ObamaCare, and tweaking it for the greater good.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 12:43 pm I recognize that universal healthcare is imperfect but I think it is the ideal we should strive towards

The fact that you equate universal healthcare with obamacara (mandated health INSURANCE) shows just how old and fucking retarded you are.rileymartin wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 1:22 pmMost feel this way, but they would rather Americans struggle instead of just embracing ObamaCare, and tweaking it for the greater good.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 12:43 pm I recognize that universal healthcare is imperfect but I think it is the ideal we should strive towards

The two are nothing alike. Healthcare INSURANCE has been one of the main causes of the enormous price of healthcare in America.

We don’t need the government to take over healthcare like Canada, but we certainly need to make it available for all Americans…ObamaCare moved us toward that. It isn’t perfect, but it can get us there with some cooperation._Vcsgrizzfan_ wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 1:24 pmIt will be brutally difficult to enact anything close to that in the United States, because to be remotely feasible, the cost of most drugs and most procedures would need to be dramatically reduced to not bankrupt the county, and the special interest groups are far too strong to ever let that happen.rileymartin wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 1:22 pmMost feel this way, but they would rather Americans struggle instead of just embracing ObamaCare, and tweaking it for the greater good.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 12:43 pm I recognize that universal healthcare is imperfect but I think it is the ideal we should strive towards

Re: What is something you disagree with that your political affiliation are strong advocates for
It's not so much any particular topic but just a generalized lack of appreciation for science itself, mostly(IMO) owing to the conflation among science and politics, and the scientific community being seen as a differing and hostile tribe (i.e.-more blueish than redish or even neutralish). Not to mention certain flavors of religion running afoul science.
The Nazis were greatly respectful of science, and we should emulate them, minus the wars, authoritarian government, and mass genocide stuff.

Abortion. Legalize it up to 12 or 16 weeks like European counties and be done with it. Tired of it being a talking point every fucking election. Besides the less screeching leftists raising kids the better.
Weed. Not sure what republicans obsession with fighting this is. Would have been a huge W if a Republican Congress and President were finally the ones to do it back in 2017 but of course they continue to be out of touch.
Don’t give a shit about the gays and trannies either. Government shouldn’t decide who gets to marry or be together and if you want to chop off your dick or tits doesn’t effect me one bit. But knock it off with the tranny story time and pushing tranny bullshit stuff onto kids.

Believe me hick, it doesn’t surprise me that you are too stupid to understand. This is just another one of those times where I have ruined you so bad that you oppose me just for the sake of opposing. I got no problem with faggots getting married…
I got no problem with potheads…
I don’t think abortion should just be used as birth control, other than something like the morning after pill, but there should be some exceptions.
Guns are a non starter though…You can’t have them…

I've witnessed both universal healthcare and obamacare first hand, they are absolutely nothing alike. Obamacare is a reform within an insurance-based system. Subsidies and expanded medicaid was a disaster.

Health INSURANCE is the reason our healthcare is so fucking expensive in the first place.

Yes the private insurance and pharmaceutical companies have more power than the government does.

I never said they were, other than we need to participate…Obamacare isn’t perfect, but 50% of our government tries to sabotage it and make it fail. Trump had 4 years to come up with something better and didn’t.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 1:34 pmrileymartin wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 1:22 pmMost feel this way, but they would rather Americans struggle instead of just embracing ObamaCare, and tweaking it for the greater good.kobeunderbite wrote: ↑Thu Aug 22, 2024 12:43 pm I recognize that universal healthcare is imperfect but I think it is the ideal we should strive towards

Horrible takes. Why should abortion be legalized to 16 weeks in a state that overwhelmingly rejects the notion? It should be a state issue, period.
Don't give a shit about trannies, but you do care about protecting kids? How does that line from 'love and marriage' go - can't have one without the other? Wake up dude, you're better than this. It's a mental illness and a cult that preys on children because it can't produce children of its own.
