If life was good, you'd be sleeping with your wife. Do you have any idea how much you are damaging countless parts of your health with this middle of the night habit of yours. The data is staggering. youre a weird guy. I get 7 hours of sleep. I just wake up later than most people. Fully healthy. I dont drink or smoke.
