I love salmon and shrimp. I had the walnut shrimp @ Panda Express yesterday,, not may favorite but wanted to try it.

Walnut shrimp....sounds weird.

It's just essentially breaded shrimp with bits of walnut sprinkled on it for texture.

Oh....well that sounds a little better, lol.

The walnut shrimp at Panda is surprisingly decent. And they charge an extra $1.25 for it so you just know it’s high quality.

Tits actually had a point ITT. Making a sauce only requires some white wine, maybe some herbs and garlic if you have any on hand, heavy cream, and that’s pretty much it. Deglaze the fond from cooking the chops with the white wine and let it reduce by about half, add your aromatics, add your cream and let it thicken, throw the meat back in the sauce, and voila!

Campbell's is pretty good if you mix it with milk and not water. I add some soy sauce and raw mushrooms to it and then pour it over sliced or diced chicken breast. Makes a delicious sauce for the chicken but I like the soup on its own. Always have. Ever since college when I discovered those cans were only a dollar. The recipe for the chicken is literally on the lable of the can lol
