Ranch is the official condiment of southern restaurants both chain & local. I've seen people drench their $20 steaks in ranch.

I like both, but would probably go blue cheese.
Ranch is fantastic when made with real buttermilk.
There’s a Buttermilk blue cheese that makes a great dressing.

I got my kids a stocking of ranch as a joke gift this year. It was an Insta-hit.
