The link does not say what happens for luxury tax in the second ten years. You may be right I just have not seen a confirm

Reddit is full of retards. Pretty simple. Look at the payrolls of any other team currently still paying deferred payments to players no longer under contract. You will see zero of them are being counted towards the luxury tax.

Yeah Titan I think you have it. Spotrac does not list a luxury tax number on deferred payments.

Also this linked LA Times article about half way down helps confirm it.
