I think NBA superstars like James, Curry and Durant should be making way more than their high-earning NFL and MLB counterparts, considering their individual drawing power/global name recognition. The idea that James is worth only $2.7 million more per year than Mike Conley is hilarious.

How is he only worth 2.7m have you ever heard of endorsements?? Do you think Conley has the same brands knocking on his door? LBJ is worth way more and makes more than just 2.7m more.

In the legal realm this is an employment scenario and factors of "equal pay" are in play and need to be considered with respect to tenure, age, experience.
