Food you should make/eat for the Superbowl

Post by Shill Jackson »

Stuffed mushrooms
-large white mushrooms
-1 roll Jimmy Dean pork sausage (or whatever you like)
-1 package cream cheese, room temp

Cook sausage until well browned, breaking into small bits as you cook. Cool and drain.
Mix well with cream cheese and some S & P.*
Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Fill caps with the back of a spoon and place on a baking sheet with a lip.
Bake @ 350°, 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.
Super simple, super good.
*Also good if you also add fresh garlic, minced parsley and parmesan.

Add your own

lol seriously. Stuffed mushrooms for the superbowl? All you need are nachos with a cheese fountain, wings, chicken tenders and pizza. Mushrooms are for thanksgiving of christmas.....maybe. Not even then though once I think about it.

Jalepeno poppers wrapped in bacon and drizzled with BBQ sauce at the end.
