Neither are very mature to be very honest. Undies, who I assume is in his 20's is still obsessed with comic-books and fairy tale garbage. Artie on the other hand is in his 40's and still talks about events of his life that happened 20 some odd years ago. If you had to choose to hangout with one or the other, it probably will have to be Artie. You'll end up at some shit dive bar but there are boos. Undies on the other hand will want to hang out at some comic book store or the arcade.
If you could mesh the two together, it would look something like this.
