I will boycott the movie if the lead isn't Tony Wroten.

Warriors have been the top T.V draw this year. Curry was last year's ASG vote leader and will likely do so again. Yet marketers are still putting their eggs in the James basket? :noidea:

Curry is better than Lebron in basketball
But Lebron has already shown he creates income for those that market him

He has more endorsements than all but one other athlete in the entire world (soccer player) and keeps getting more every year
and his jersey is still the best seller this year (Curry is 2nd)

That would make perfect sense to include Curry

LeBron is the John Cena/Roman Reigns of the NBA
You know what the worst thing about the end of the day is? Tomorrow, it starts all over again.

Doubt SJ2 will even come close to the original's impact & popularity. They still put Space jam merch on shelves 20 damn years after the movie came out.

Guess that would make Curry Daniel Bryan or some other guy who's more liked by fans than the establishment.

Every year there's a new guy that fans claim they like more than Lebron then forget about them when the next guy shows up (Rose, Durant, Curry, etc...)

Note: Not saying Steph is better, but he's much more camera friendly.
Steph is obviously miles better than Lebron
Sure. If you don't know anything about basketball.
I wouldn't say miles better but I think it's safe to say Steph has surpassed LeBron. If LeBron still played defense it would pry be the other way around (although I don't think LeBron's ever been that good of a defender. Just made highlight blocks).

Lebron has actually been playing really good defense this year, I saw a stat that showed the players he was defending were shooting something like 27% which was tops in the league

Hmmmmm. Perhaps I was assuming too much. I do think he has the skills to be a good defender but it seems he rarely puts in the effort.

I remember years ago when somebody pitched that Space Jam 2 will be centered around Kobe getting caught by the Monstars and LeBron having to play them and win to free Kobe.

Curry has a higher defensive rating than Lebron and more defensive win shares.

Curry has become dare I say an above average defender, he fights through every screen and has really good footwork to stay in front of his defender. While he has improved greatly, lebron is still by far and away the more impactful defender
