LSU to fire Les Miles is stupid

Kirk Ferentz was on the hot seat for a couple of years and look what his team is doing now. Miles has won a NC and played for another, has averaged nearly 10 wins a year, was ranked #2 just a few weeks ago, etc...yet the boosters are willing to pay a 15 million dollar buyout to get rid of the guy.

That's just the problem. He has had the necessary staff help but the thought process doesn't change. HE is the problem now and since he's not willing to evolve, he has to go.
