Anyhow, if you guys find a minimalistic theme you like from that link, let me know and I can probably install it.

In the meantime, go to your User Control Panel. You can disable pretty much anything in there (Thread Previews, BBCode, Avatars, Signatures, etc.). Also check out the other styles (subsilver2, prosilver, DarkFX are the three main ones), or if you want something super simplistic, click "Switch to mobile style" at the bottom of the screen.

Does the "traffic" really matter anymore if one of us paid for the domain? ProBoards was a monstrous website in its own right so I doubt the traffic thing was relevant there.

People need to understand the unfortunate situation we were in on proboards. Once that first board actually was nuked by the host, we moved temporarily and this new board was up in like a week.

I understand the look and functionality of this board is a change and that takes getting used to, but you can customize so much on here. It just takes minimal effort to change most of whatever you don't like.

What is the big deal about the format of the board? Fp is working to keep everyone happy, and you'll get used to it regardless. The important thing is that we have a place where we won't be shut down.

People like Denali bitching and saying that they don't want to post anymore because of the format is ridiculous.

The loss of numerous posters with every board change, along with the switching of identities of a few regulars, has taken away from the posting experience here for some I'll presume. I must admit, I don't dig the format of this new board, but none of this will keep me away. Like it or hate it, I'm married to you sorry sumsofbitches.

The DarkFx theme is a lot cleaner looking than subsilver2 in my opinion. Easier on the eyes too. I'm going with that one myself.
