I think he wants to be cool and rebellious and thought of as a 'bad boy'. Basically has been trying to distance himself from his teeny bopper image, but has only succeeded in bringing more hate onto himself.

I hate "back in the day guy", but back in the day, being tatted up used to have some significance to it. Bikers, gang affiliation, military sub sects, etc. Nowadays, you get Rob Kardashian and Justin Beiber getting sleeved up just because its trended over the last decade.

The rebirth of the cutesy teen starlet/singer has proven to work to some degree for the chicks.

Bieber is trying a very similar approach for a guy. It's a paint-by-numbers approach. And, it's not working because he's just not believable as anything but an innocent teeny bopper... EXCEPT with the people who don't really matter.

If we would quit giving all these celebrity assholes more money than god.. They wouldn't have the money to support their hedonistic lifestyles.

ALL celebrities (and athletes) should make 150-300 grand a year. (a bit more if they move some merchandise) thats it.

Who should get the money that is created because of them? Celebrities sell movies/books/ music, especially when it is bad. If it is good you don't need the celebrity personality to sell it. They deserve to be compensated for that. I personally don't care if he kills himself. He will be the next Vanilla Ice. Once the fans stop coming, which will be soon, then the show is over
