MY bike just arrived.

Due to a bad back and hip my stationary bike has arrived. Just road it for 2 miles. Not a lot yet, but when you are an out of shape person like myself it is a start. It actually felt good.

lol at exercise bikes, I was expecting to see a motorcycle. But exercise bikes are so boring, you'll quit within a month, IF that.

Did almost 2 miles this morning. I am no doubt finding some muscles I have not used in years.
