you're right in that I don't know if anyone was banned, and you're right about flagging privileges still available...

let me clarify...this site is and will not be ran like jj's board...the rules are more lenient(mainly because it's owned and not hosted by PB), and that's a fact...you won't have carte blanche to extract Bulls fans from here, that also is a fact...when I say "no one is concerned with the rules", means you and jj cannot, again, have carte blanche to nitpick and unjustly ban people at will... people actually respect Fpliii and his decision making and as we have seen, they are much more accepting with Fplii at the helm....jj is probably a good guy and I rag on him a lot, but it was very evident he was not cut out to admin a site such as this...
