first of all he’s trying to check in 30 minutes before his flight? that’s insane. doors close 30 minutes before flight time which means he missed his chance to board and you can’t check in. check in at frontier and for most airlines is typically at the latest 1 hour before your flight anything after that the system won’t let you.

so in a way they had every right to mock his dumb ass but technically they shouldn’t have … should have stayed professional and classy.
