New Zealand/Australia (would need to be 2 weeks minimum)
Ireland/Scotland (summer only...golf required)
Italy (Rome/Venice/Tuscany...wifey is Italian and she's never been)

Italian Greece cruise with the whole family including in-laws, parents siblings niece nephews. Literally a family reunion cruise

I have a lot of places in mind but ultimately I don't know what the ideal trip is yet.

If it's for history then Ireland, England, and Italy come to mind immediately. I'd love to see a lot of the castles and things of that nature.

To be honest, I want to explore America first though. We're so big we may as well be multiple countries.

4 buddies are in Peru right now, looks pretty awesome but not my personal dream trip.

Wife and I really want to visit Greece and Europe in general for a couple weeks.

Some nice answers here but phuture's resonates the most with me, I want to do some great American road trips with my kids when they're old enough to appreciate it.
