I agree with George Karl. It's criminal Denver management and ownership isn't doing more to surround him with decent talent. His peak is being wasted.

Take a lot at the roster that surrounds him. Not a single gut has even made an all star team. Murray has moments, but he's inconsistent as hell, and hasn't been the same since his knee injury. They have let their best role players go in free agency in the last few off seasons.
That roster, ex Jokic, isn't hugely different from the Cavs roster, ex LeBron in 2009. It's better, but relative to the the rest of the league, not much.

Yea, i forgot Murray got injured. The thing is, i don't think Jokic cares about winning championships. I remember when they won the championship, he said he didn't really care and just wanted to leave or something like that. The 2009 Cavs without Lebron were -5.9/100 possessions.
