Not to shit on that Pistons team too much, because Ben in particular was a beast. While his athleticism held up, he was a fantastic defender. He had pogo sticks in his legs and very quick hands for steals and tips. He had a very high basketball IQ, which obviously showed more on the defensive end because he was extremely limited offensively. Billups should never have won finals MVP. It should have been Ben, but the voters all too often just give it to whoever makes big shots and scores more points. They overall were a great defensive team with Ben as the anchor, but still.... offensively they were limited as hell. Curry, Durant and Thompson and a strong bench, also an excellent defense, just chew up and spit out those Pistons 3 times before breakfast.
