You’re right, I don’t get it. Bleu cheese adds funky fermented flavor that a lot of hot sauces already have. Ranch adds nothing but basic garlic and onion with a ton of creaminess. If your wings don’t have garlic, onion, and vinegar, you aren’t getting good wings. And if they do, you’re just using a creamy side to mask the heat, which is fine, but you could just order a less spicy wing and avoid the dilution of the flavor of the sauce
